Kristen does this neat thing for guest bloggers called What I Want You to Know. Here's how she describes it:
What I Want You to Know is a series of reader submissions. It is an attempt to allow people to tell their personal stories, in the hopes of bringing greater compassion to the unique issues each of us face.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Kristen letting me know that one of my posts (Where's the Love?) is on her blog today.
Give it a look and explore around her blog a bit - I think you'll like it.
Enjoy your weekend!
Hello, I came here from your guest post on Rage Against the Minivan. I left you a comment there but wanted to also point you to the post I made on RAM as an early guest poster for WIWYTK -Autism. Thanks again for writing your post and sharing it with the rest of us. I think people need to understand that it's not the parents' or the kids' fault. It's just how it is and a little compassion goes a long way.

Oh my - I just read your article and I completely, totally, utterly understand how you feel. The frustration, the pain, the embarrassment.... but also the love, the joy, the sweetness. Thanks so much for sharing your heart. Blessings to you and your daughter.
