The Week in Pictures: Week Two

Since I must give credit where credit is due, all pictures this week are the work of my oldest, Ryley.

And no, we did not desecrate historical property, just in case you were wondering.

  7. First of all Ryley you did a great job with those photos - love the pizza and bike photos, but really was surprized at the fox! Secondly, I am so glad to find a momma so dedicated, real, and humble at the blessing that God brought to her. I have seven children - 2 girls with Autism. My family has been through it all, but through it all the Lord has been my one and only constant companion and reminder of Grace and Truth. We in the special needs community sometimes reach a point of needing that one thing that brings us back to looking at the bright side. Today I found your blog. Some days I wish my Rosebud weren't so verbal like when she is calling her brother Ugly Peter or saying "nuh uh, God isn't real!" (I'm going to post on that bombshell soon). So to hear that your birdie is a non verbal, yet communicative girl, I had bittersweet emotions that humbled me and reminded me to count my blessings through the storms.
